Privacy policy
1 Introduction
E-spårt AS ("we") is committed to ensuring that you have trust in us and how we handle your personal information. In this privacy policy, we explain why we collect information about you, how we use this information, and how we respect your privacy.
Personal information refers to information and assessments that can be linked to an identifiable individual. This may include name and contact information, purchase history, or information about interests.
The use of personal information must comply with the Personal Data Act. As the data controller, we will ensure that we use your personal information in accordance with the law's regulations.
2 What personal information do we have about you
Depending on the information you provide, how you use our services, and the permissions you give us, we have the following information about you:
Information about you: Data you provide when creating a user account or ordering tickets, such as name, address, phone number, and email address. You can choose to provide more information about yourself, such as gender and date of birth.
Purchase information: Information we receive when you purchase tickets from us, such as what you have purchased, card number, and payment method (e.g., Visa). If you have a user account with us, you will have an overview of your previous purchases in your user account.

Website usage information: Information we obtain when you use our website and app, such as the type of device you have (e.g., mobile or PC), IP address, pages visited, and features used.
Profiling information: Information and assumptions we automatically create based on the other information (mentioned above) we have about you, such as your preferences, interests, and the demographic groups you belong to, unless you have objected to this.
3 What do we use the personal information for
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
Website customization: We use information to tailor our website to the technical equipment you use. We may also use the information to customize the content on our website based on what we believe you are interested in.
Processing ticket orders: We use information to process your ticket purchases, including sending you the tickets, processing payments, and storing purchase history.

Customer service: We store information that you provide and receive when contacting us to provide service and manage your customer relationship.
Statistics: We compile statistics and map market trends to improve and develop our products and services. As much as possible, we do this with anonymous information, without knowing that the information is specifically linked to you.
Marketing: We use your contact information (e.g., phone number and email address) to send you recommendations and information about our events. We may use profiling information to make the recommendations and information as relevant to you as possible unless you object to this. If you wish, we will also send you recommendations and information about our partners' events.
The legal basis for purposes 1, 4, and 5 is our legitimate interest in providing, developing, and marketing our services.
The legal basis for purposes 2, 3, and 4 is to fulfill our contract with you.
The legal basis for purpose 5 can also be your consent if you have given it to us. It may be necessary to send you marketing communications if you no longer have a user account with us or if we send you marketing about our partners' events.
4 Who do we share personal information with
We share personal information with companies that provide technical and administrative services to us, such as IT providers. We have agreements with these companies to ensure your privacy.
We may disclose information in individual cases, such as to public authorities, in case of suspected violations of the law.
We use IT providers outside the EEA. If we transfer personal information outside the EEA, we ensure data privacy through contracts. You can request more information or a copy of the security mechanisms we use to secure the transfer of information.
We may also share anonymized information with partners for market analysis and service development, among other purposes.
